Here are some words from Tony just after his 5th session about how EMS training has helped his lower back pain:
I feel really good! I feel like I have done a proper work out worth several hours of strength training. Just looking at the exercises you don’t expect that, so it surprises me each time!
The biggest thing for me is that my lower back pain has almost disappeared in the 4 weeks I have been training with FITIN20. I have tried chiropractors, physiotherapists, acupuncture, I tried almost everything for my lower back pain. At the minute, I just can’t feel any pain, which is unique for me. I also have way better back mobility and flexibility than before I started. It just has worked great!
