I prefer Fit in 20 over the gym, I hurt my back and wanted to ease back into exercise. I only do one workout a week, my strength has gone up and my back is much better! Ruby and Thor always do a great job of mixing up the workouts and making them fun.

I am so pleased that I got recommended to start with Fitin20. I struggled for years with a niggly lower back. And in just a few sessions that disappeared. I feel stronger, and my endurance has improved out of sight. While I was a bit apprehensive to start with this as it sounds too good to be true, I can only recommend to give it a try. You can't describe how effective it really is, until you feel yourself how powerful and effective this form of fitness is. The team is fantastic to work with, explaining everything very well, and they always make it a lot of fun!

I go to one session a week and have never felt stronger in my life. This is mind blowing considering I used to slog at other gyms for an hour 5 times in week in the past. I’m a new mum so I don’t have much time which is a blessing for me. ‘Work smarter not harder’ should definitely be the motto of Fit In 20! Cannot not recommend highly enough!

Ruby and Thor are fantastic, supportive and fun trainers at Fit In20! I had never tried EMS before and didn’t even know anyone doing it. I needed something low impact on my body and was hooked from the minute I first tried it. It’s a very interesting feeling at first but easy to get used to and boy, does it work your muscles 💪🏻 I have found the five 20min sessions I’ve done so far (and I’m sure they’ve been going easy on me) super effective! I am puffed and sweating after every session, like I’ve done a 3 hour cardio and strength work out and I am already feeling a bit stronger, more alert/clarity, fitter and can see my body changing shape 🙏🏻 Forever grateful to find these guys! Thank you Thor and Ruby for your non-judgmental, safe, inviting and informative studio that has everything covered; showers, toilets, filtered water, massage chair, kids play area, aircon and fans (you need them!), change rooms and loads of information leaflets and inspiration scattered around the place 😃
